Scapegoating
Definition:
Scapegoating means blaming one person for a group problem, even when it’s not their fault.
Example:
If a team loses and everyone blames one player instead of working together to improve, that is scapegoating.
Why It’s Wrong:
It is unfair and can hurt the person being blamed. A better approach is to support each other and work together to find solutions.
